| EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
The purpose of the educational program, sponsored by Fundación Caja Madrid, and designed to cater for different groups, is to look at various aspects of contemporary art in relation to the visitors’ own experiences.
The activities included in the program consist of GUIDED TOURS AND GUIDED TOURS FOLLOWED BY WORSHOPS.
GUIDED TOURS: Guided Tours take a look at a selection of works which provide the visitor with a general introduction to the exhibition as well as to specific aspects of contemporary art.
In addition to introducing visitors to the exhibition, the aim of the guided tours is to create interest and develop a spirit of criticism. Visitors will also learn how to interpret works of art, thereby giving them a degree of independence when looking at this or any other exhibition.
The guided tours are designed to be participative and flexible and are adapted to the needs of each group.
GUIDED TOUR & WORKSHOP: in addition to the guided tour, visitors take part in a creative workshop in which they put into practice the ideas which have been looked at during the guided tour. Fun and experiences are a particularly important part of the activity.
